GREENSBORO, N.C. - ACC Men's Tennis Scholar-Athlete of the Year Dominic Inglot of Virginia leads the 2008 All-Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Men's Tennis Team as announced today by Commissioner John D. Swofford.

Inglot, a junior Commerce major from London, England, is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, the ACC Honor Roll and is a two-time selection to the ACC All-Academic Team.

On the tennis court, Inglot was named an ITA Singles All-American after being ranked as high as No. 3 nationally during the 2008 season. He placed first in the ITA Mideast Regional Tournament and also starred indoors and during the fall season. He has been named a 2008-09 Virginia team captain.

To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during his academic career.
